Breaking through in nuclear technology

BEIJING, Jan 3 - Chinese scientists have made a breakthrough in spent fuel reprocessing technology that could potentially solve China's uranium supply problem, state television reported on Monday.

The technology, developed and tested at the No.404 Factory of China National Nuclear Corp in the Gobi desert in remote Gansu province, enables the re-use of irradiated fuel and is able to boost the usage rate of uranium materials at nuclear plants by 60 folds.

"With the new technology, China's existing detected uranium resources can be used for 3,000 years," Chinese Central Television reported.

China, as well as France, the United Kingdom and Russia, actively supports reprocessing as a means for the management of highly radioactive spent fuel and as a source of fissile material for future nuclear fuel supply.

But independent scientists argued that commercial application of nuclear fuel reprocessing has always been hindered by cost, technology, proliferation risk and safety challenges.

China has 171,400 tons of proven uranium resources spread mainly in eight provinces -- Jiangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Xingjian, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Liaoning and Yunnan.

China is planning a massive push into nuclear power in an effort to wean itself off coal, the dirtiest fossil fuel. It now has 12 working reactors with 10.15 gigwatt of total generating capacity.

China has set an official target of 40 gigawatts (GW) of installed nuclear generating capacity by 2020, but the government indicated it could double the goal to about 80 GW as faster expansion was one of the more feasible solutions for achieving emissions reduction goals.

As such, China will need to source more than 60 percent of the uranium needed for its nuclear power plants from overseas by 2020, even if the country moves forward with a modest nuclear expansion plan, Chinese researchers say.

The price of the WORLD is 5 Quadrillions !

Recently the researcher of U.S.A. made a formula for the valuable prices of different planets. According to his formula the prize of the world goes to 5 quadrillions dollar, said Yahoo online.
Greg Laughlin of university of California said that this formula is for all planets of the universe. He demands that he considered about the age, weight, and temperature, mass of the world. Through Laughlin, the world is the valuable and expensive planet. But on the other hand, the price of the MARS is very less. This red planet is not optimum for living, so the suggested or estimated price is 14,000 $ .

The formula is :

Internet in CHINA

In China the internet users are increasing rapidly. New members are included in the INTERNET world. There have every conscious member of each family who use internet. It makes a new record in the world.

Last year there were 37 lac people used internet but in this year the users are increasing near about 2 cores in first 3 months. In last month it increases 40 cores accordingly. In china one third of people are internet users.

From the official notice of china govt. in this month the user is more increasingly.
In 2009, about 23 core users used internet in mobile phone & 38 core people used in broadband line.

Friends!!!  The most interesting thing is that the net user of china is maximum than the total population of U.S.A.  But most of the user depends on cyber cafe. The social network sites and video sharing site ‘You Tube’ is closed by the INTERNET sensorship of china govt . for this  reason in February  Google left this country.

RAM  (DDR-1, 2, 3)

DDR means Double Data Rate .SDRAM-- Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.
DDR  is the latest version of (SDRAM)  & Single Data Rate (SDR) . The Frequency and Voltage of RAM depend on the  Data Rate & this  Updated versions  are -- DDR, DDR2, DDR3 .
For example:  The  Frequency of DDR/DDR1 RAM  is 100-400 MHz and Voltage : 2.5-2.6 ;
The Frequency of DDR2 RAM is 533-800 MHz & Voltage: 1.8;
The Frequency of DDR3 RAM is 1066-1333 or higher MHz & Voltage: 1.5;
That’s way we know RAM.

Scanning 400 faces by ROBOCOP

If you're planning to go to some sort of swarming event in Brazil and you're required by the police, you might want to stay home.

The system will be donning extraordinary glasses outfitted with small cameras that "can capture 400 facial images per second and send them to a central computer database storing up to 13 million faces," says the Telegraph.

If a particular face in the crowd matches that of a known criminal, a little screen attached to the glasses will alert the office wearing them. The system compares 46,000 unique points on each person's face for accuracy.

The facial acknowledgment technology works for large crowds at a distance of over 150 feet but the glasses can be used to hone in on a specific human being up to 12 miles away as well. UN real.

Police in Brazil will soon be testing the glasses at sporting events and concerts in hopes of readying the technology for a wide deployment to officers during the 2014 World Cup. And if this technology works as well as we're being led to believe, it's not a huge stretch to visualize that police departments all over the place will be using it in the near future.

Nano Technology

Nowadays the talked of the topic is “NANOTECHNOLOGY” . Japan spends the major portion of their budget in National Research of one part that is nano-technology. Not only Japan but also other countries – Europe, U.S.A, China, Korea etc also start research on this sector. They want to be the first pioneer on this field. U.S.A. wants to lead in the nano technology world. Because  the next world will be the era of nanotechnology.
If you have a heart disease, nano robot can solve your disease. Your mobile, watch all will be your computer by the help of nano technology.

What is  NANO TECHNOLOGY ?

‘nano’ is the measurement unit. The measurement unit system was started at 1790 in France by France National Committee. They said that one meter is equal one portion  of 40,000,000 of the world Circumference. The word ‘Meter’ comes from ‘metron’-the Greek word.  But in 1983 the definition of ‘Meter’ was changed and that is one part of 299,792,458 of the light’s speed in vacuum place.
And‘nanometer’ is one of 100 core of one meter. The word ‘nano’ comes from ‘nanos’ which meaning is ‘dwarft’ . Which technology is related in nanometer scale that is ‘NANO TECHNOLOGY’.

The word ‘Meter ’ involves in our daily life. We always measure all things in meter scale . But after the 2nd  World War  there came a new era in ‘Science & Technology’. ‘Semiconductor’ and ‘Transistor’ was made and that time the scientists thought about the ‘micrometer’ unit. After that the time was for ‘Micro Technology’.

The latest electronics like Television, Radio, Refrigerator, Computer was invented and started a new war in technology that how could make them small. A competition was started that which company could make a better small parts of electronics .That was possible for ‘Semiconductor’.
In the first time we saw that how the electronics TV or RADIO, COMPUTER were big? But now we see the LCD TV, RADIO IN MOBILE, LAPTOPS etc. In future, we will get the smaller versions.

In 1980, the researcher of IBM first invented STM (Scanning Tunneling Microscope) for the exploration of molecule. The invention of STM is the stating era of “NANOTECHNOLOGY”.

But how it works?
